**Note if you are not an account administrator or if you are on a free account, you will not have any additional users under your account. The only password you will be able to reset is your own. See how you can reset your own password.
If you are an administrator handling multiple accounts then you will be able to reset a user's password in the Options in the left side menu. Go to the Manage Users tab and find the black 'pencil' icon next to the user you want to the password for.
Locate the Reset Password button and click on it to reset the user's password. TitanFile will send that user an email with a link asking them to set a new password.
