As part of TitanFile's licensing policy, all internal staff members are required a license to send or receive files through TitanFile.

If you are receiving the "Unable to add contact: A licence is required for ________ to join this channel" error:

when adding a contact to a channel, it is because of one of the following reasons:

1) You are trying to add a colleague who is not currently assigned a license

To resolve, assign a license to to your colleague. If you've run out of licenses, you can upgrade the number of licenses on your subscription by contacting us.

2) You are not using a corporate email address and your email is provided by a common email service provider such gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc

To resolve, please contact us to remove the licensing restriction from your account.
