TitanFile allows you to control which notifications you receive through email. You can change general notification settings (which affect all channels) or mute notifications on a per channel basis.

Changing General Notification Settings:

To access the general notification settings, click on Options on the left menu and go to the Notifications tab. You'll see three notification options:

New Message: Receive an email whenever a new message is added to a channel you're in.

Secure Deposit Box: Receive an email whenever your Secure Deposit Box receives a new submission. Learn more.

File Access: Receive an email the first time each contact downloads a file you shared. Learn more.

Check off options you wish to enable and then click Save.

Muting Individual Channels

If you wish to not receive notifications from a specific channel, you can mute the channel by clicking Mute Notifications under the channel menu.
