Bcc feature can be found under the Options tab in a channel.
Bcc, or blind carbon channel, is a handy tool which allows you to send the same message or file to multiple people at the same time without exposing the identities of Channel contacts to the remainder of the group. It works just as it would in email.
Once enabled this option cannot be turned off for logging and auditing purposes.
**Note that only the Channel owner can configure the Bcc option.
