How to Authorize Your NetDocuments Account As an End-User in TitanFile
- In TitanFile, navigate to the “Options” page.
2. Click on the “Integrations” tab.
3. Under NetDocuments, select your account location from the dropdown (default is “US”).
4. Click on “Allow.”
5. You will be redirected to the NetDocuments login page. Input your email and password.
6. If you use SSO to log in, Select Log-in Assistance and then Organization’s Log-in.
7. On the NetDocuments Authorization page, click “Allow” to grant TitanFile access.
8. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to TitanFile’s integration page. Your status should now indicate “Authorized.”
9. You are now integrated with NetDocuments and ready to start transferring files.
How to Send Single Files from TitanFile to NetDocuments
- In TitanFile, select a channel and navigate to the “Files” tab.
2. From the “Files” table, click on the dropdown next to the file you want to send to NetDocuments.
3. Click Send to -> NetDocuments.
4. The NetDocuments interface will appear.
5. Select the workspace or folder to which you would like to send the file.
6. Click “Upload Here”
7. A popup will be displayed showing the file you are uploading.
- If there are profile attributes that are required, you will see a red exclamation point beside the file name and the Upload button will be disabled.
8. Once you fill out the required profile attributes, you will see a green checkmark beside the file name and the Upload button will be enabled.
- Click on “Upload”
9. You will receive a notification once the upload has successfully been sent to NetDocuments.
10. Click “X” to close the NetDocuments interface.
11. A notification in TitanFile will confirm that your file was sent to NetDocuments successfully.
How to Send Multiple Files from TitanFile to NetDocuments
- In TitanFile, select a channel and click on the “Files” tab.
2. From the “Files” table, select multiple files by checking the boxes next to the file names.
3. Click “Send to ND.”
4. The NetDocuments interface will appear.
5. Select the workspace or folder where you want to send your files.
6. Click “Upload Here.”
7. A popup will be displayed showing the file you are uploading.
- If there are profile attributes that are required, you will see a red exclamation point beside the file name and the upload button will be disabled
8. Once you fill out the required profile attributes for each file or click "Apply to All", you will see a green checkmark beside the file name and the upload button will be enabled.
- Click on “Upload”
9. A notification will confirm that the files have been sent successfully to NetDocuments.
10. Click “X” to close the NetDocuments interface.
11. You will receive a notification in TitanFile that your files have been successfully uploaded.
How to Upload Files from NetDocuments to TitanFile
- In TitanFile, select a channel and navigate to the “Conversation” or “Files” tab.
2. Click on the “Attach” dropdown.
3. Select “Attach ND.”
4. The NetDocuments interface will appear.
5. Select the workspace or folder from which you want to attach a file to TitanFile.
6. From the “Files” table, select the files you want to attach.
7. Click “Attach Items.”
8. A popup will display the progress of the files being attached.
9. Once ready, click “Okay.”
10. The NetDocuments interface will close, and you will see your files in the upload prep area, ready to be sent.
11. Once all is set, click on the “Send” button to send your files to the channel.
