TitanFile subscription members will soon be able to prevent external channel contacts from receiving file access notifications and accessing audit logs.

When the “Restrict ‘File Accessed’ notification and hide ‘History Tab’ from external users” option is enabled in a channel, external channel contacts will no longer receive notifications when their uploaded files are accessed by other channel members. In addition, external channel contacts will be unable to see the “History” tab or download reports from the channel.
This highly-requested enhancement was developed to help TitanFile customers:
