Q: My client's name is populating incorrectly. How do I resolve this?
A: Only an account owner can change their name. When an external user is added to TitanFile for the first time, their contact information (.e. first + last name, email address) is inputted by a licensed TitanFile user to create their free guest account. If the external user does not edit this name during sign-up, it remains static until changed.
