What this article covers
This helps users who see the “red triangle” error or are not receiving emails from TitanFile and need to verify that TitanFile’s domains (including web, storage, and email endpoints) are whitelisted in their organization’s firewall or spam filter.
Why You’re Seeing the Red Triangle
Our third-party email provider rotates its sending IP addresses periodically to:
- Avoid spam filters and blacklisting
- Improve deliverability and sender reputation
- Enhance security and protect against spoofing
If you whitelist specific IPs instead of our sending domain, any time those IPs change, your organization may see delayed or filtered emails.
For a permanent solution, we recommend that you whitelist our email sending domain rather than individual IP addresses. This ensures uninterrupted delivery during future IP rotations.
I’m not receiving any emails from TitanFile
TitanFile may be getting blocked by your email provider’s spam filters or a firewall set in place. To ensure the most seamless experience when accessing and receiving emails from TitanFile. We recommend whitelisting the following domains.
Domains & Endpoints to Whitelist
