When you create a TitanFile account, the only channel in your workspace will be "Getting Started with TitanFile" which is a secure workspace to communicate with our Support team and/or read PDFs on how to make the most of your subscription.
However, to share files with your intended recipient, you will need to create a new channel. Here's how to get started:
1. Create a new channel
Click the "+ New Channel" button on the top left corner of your dashboard
2. Create a new subject
Title your channel based on the context of your files, conversation, or client.
3. Add your recipient
Input your recipient's first and last name, email address, and organization (optional) via the "+ Add" button within the channel. Select "Add contact" to save.
4. Upload your files, add a message and press send!
Upload files directly from your device using our 'drag and drop' feature or select the 'Attach files' button to choose files on your desktop. To send an invitation to retrieve the files, you will need to send a message in the conversation tab and press 'Send'!
