Bulk options in Manage Channels

TitanFile's bulk options within the Manage Channels tab allows subscription administrators and owners to seamlessly complete tasks in fewer steps.

Bulk options include:

  • Bulk delete channels

  • Bulk restore channels

  • Bulk update channel expiration

How to bulk delete channels

To bulk delete channels, you must:

1. Navigate to the 'Options' tab then select 'Manage Channels'

2. Click the drop-down menu and select 'Delete channels'

3. Select the channels you would like to delete (or click the box beside "Channel Name" to select them all)

4. Click "Apply" and the Delete button to save the changes

Congratulations! You have now bulk deleted channels.

How to bulk restore channels

To bulk restore channels, you must:

1. Navigate to the 'Options' tab then select 'Manage Channels'

2. Click the drop-down menu and select 'Restore channels'

3. Select the channels you would like to restore (or click the box beside "Channel Name" to select them all)

4. Click "Apply" and select the expiration date using the calendar icon. Once completed, press 'Restore' to save the changes

Congratulations! You have now bulk-restored channels.

Please note: When restoring channels in bulk, you can only select one expiration date for all selected channels. To select different expiration dates for each channel, please select each channel individually.

How to bulk update channel expirations

1. Navigate to the 'Options' tab then select 'Manage Channels'

2. Click the drop-down menu and select 'Update Expiry'

3. Select the channels you would like to update the expiration of and click "Apply" when finished

4. Choose your channel expiration and click "Set New Date" when finished

Congratulations! You have now updated channel expirations in bulk.

Please note: When updating channel expirations in bulk, you can only select one date for all selected channels. To select different expiration dates for each channel, please click the calendar icon beside each channel.
