Secure Submit is a great feature for Ad-hoc file sharing. Clients are able to access your customized link to directly upload files of any type and quantity without the need for a guest account. Once sent, all files are automatically populated in a new channel within your TitanFile account for easy access. However, this feature does not allow for bi-directional communication since its use case is for simple file uploads.
If you would like to respond to someone who sent you a Secure Submit message, there is a workaround.
How to respond to Secure Submit Messages
When a client sends you files via Secure Submit, a TitanFile channel titled "Secure Submit from: Client Name" is created.
Once you login to your account, you will be able to access the channel and files. If the sender provided their email address at the time of submission, you can copy and paste their email address to add them as a contact in the channel.
After the client has been successfully added, you can draft up a message and press send! The recipient will receive a notification via email to access your message.
