When receiving files and/or messages from a TitanFile user, you will receive an email notification from TitanFile Notifications which prompts you to access them.
Note: the sender email will vary based on your location - notifications@app.titanfile.com (Canada), notifications@us.titanfile.com (USA), or notifications@eu.titanfile.com (Europe)
In this email, you will need to click the green "Access Files" button to access the files and/or messages sent to you.
Once you click "Access Files" 1 of 2 things will happen to you:
1. Create a New TitanFile Free Guest Account
If you have never used TitanFile before, you will be redirected to a new tab to create a free guest account. The steps include: Confirming your name and creating a password.
Once you are finished, press "Proceed to Files" (as shown above in green) and you will be automatically redirected to the files.
2. Login to your existing TitanFile Account
If you have used TitanFile in the past, even as a one-off 10 years ago, the system will remember you and require you to log in. Once you click the "Access Files" button in your email, you will be redirected to a login page that says "Login to your existing TitanFile account".
Note: You must enter your email address associated with the email the files were sent to, as well as your password to access the files.
If you do not remember your password or are unsure if you have an account, you can click the "Forgot password?" button on the login page and enter your email address.
If you have an account, you'll receive an email to reset your password. Once your new password has been saved, you can log into your account and will have access to the files.
Important Note: File Forwarding
Files must be sent to you directly. If you were forwarded the "Access Files" email, you will not be able to access them. In the case of forwarding, you will be redirected to the "Login to an existing TitanFile page".
How to access files that were forwarded to you

Contact the original sender to add you to their channel. You will be sent an email notification identical to the one forwarded.

Ask the forwarder to access the channels themselves and send it to you via their own channel
