Update to subscription configurations for administrators

Subscription administrators have the ability to customize channel and file retention, enable BCC and safe notifications, and configure many other features to personalize your TitanFile experience. Now, Pro and Enterprise accounts have even more configurations available.

Add Multiple Contacts

Administrators can configure their subscriptions to allow channel owners and managers to add up to 100 users to a channel at once.

  • Click 'Options' → 'Channels'

  • Navigate to 'Add Multiple Contacts'

  • Select 'Multiple Contact View' to enable users to add multiple users simultaneously

Update the Default Tab in Channels

When a channel is opened, the default view is the conversation tab. However, this default can now be set to 'Files'.

  • Click 'Options' → 'Channels'

  • Navigate to 'Default Tab'

  • Select 'Files tab' to default all users' channel view to files
