Email Aliases enable you to receive TitanFile notifications on multiple email addresses. This comes in handy if you manage multiple inboxes or if your company recently updated its domain name.
**Note: Only subscription administrators can add new email aliases to a managed user's account.
To add an email alias to a managed user's account, first, go to Options > Manage Users and click on the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit.
Then, click Edit Email Aliases.
Click Add Alias.
Enter the email alias and click Add Alias.
When completed successfully, the new email alias will show up underneath the user's primary email.
