Email Aliases enable you to receive TitanFile notifications from multiple email addresses to the correct current domain within your subscription. This comes in handy if you manage multiple inboxes or if your company recently updated its domain name.
Example: johnsmith@domain.com has a license within a subscription but also communicates with clients using john.smith@newdomain.com and johnsmith@nodomain.com. We can add john.smith@newdomain.com and johnsmith@nodomain.com as an Alias linked to their profile to direct all channel contacts invitations or notifications to the correct existing subscription account, johnsmith@domain.com.
**Note: Only subscription administrators can add new email aliases to a managed user's account.
To add an email alias to a managed user's account, first, go to Options Manage Users and click on the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit.
Then, click Edit Email Aliases.
Click Add Alias.
Enter the email alias and click Add Alias.
When completed successfully, the new email alias will show up underneath the user's primary email.
