Welcome to TitanFile!
If you just signed up for a trial of TitanFile, then this is the article for you.
TitanFile is as easy to use as email, so a lot of the steps are similar. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to create channels in TitanFile, add recipients, and share confidential files.
Step-by-Step Guide to Sending Files in TitanFile
After you've activated and logged in to your TitanFile account, you can begin using TitanFile right away to send files and messages securely.
In TitanFile, you will be able to create an unlimited number of "channels." A channel is TitanFile terminology for a secure workspace.
Follow the steps below to create a channel and send your first file.
1) Create a new channel by clicking the "New Channel" button and adding a subject line.
2) Add contacts to the channel by clicking the "Add" button. Contacts are individuals you will be collaborating with inside the channel.
You can add as many contacts as you'd like.
3) Attach files using the "Attach Files" button or attach a folder using the "Attach Folder" button.
Similar to email, you can also include a message by typing in the message box.
After you've attached files and typed a message, click on the green "Send" button to send the package.
Voila! You have officially sent files via TitanFile. See how easy that was?
Your contact(s) will now receive an email notification that will help guide them through creating an account, accessing the files, and replying on their own. No onboarding is required.
