If you are reading this article, it is likely that you have received an email inviting you to 'Access Files' or a message with TitanFile for the first time. But when you click the link, it takes you to a log in page and you don’t have any login credentials. No worries - this article is designed to help you gain access to TitanFile quickly.
The first thing we’re going to check is how we got sent the link or email to access TitanFile.
- Did the email come from an @titanfile.com email domain and the link sends you to a log in page?
- This indicates that you might have an account with TitanFile. Please click the Forgot Password link on the log in page and enter your email address.
- Were you forwarded the email or sent a direct link to TitanFile?
- TitanFile does not allow for direct link sharing or forwarded emails to grant access to TitanFile. You will need to reach out to the original sender to have them add you as a contact to the channel and send you a message. This will send you an email from TitanFile with a link that will allow you to create an account and access the files.
