What do internal and external users see when I delegate into a colleague's account?

When you access another TitanFile user's account, whether this is through delegation or through impersonation, you will be able to send messages and files as this user.

For our example, Lana Johnson, an administrator, has delegated into managed user, Kiana Ashley's account to send a message to external user, Sammi Pun.

Internally, both Kiana and Lana can see that Lana has accessed Kiana's account and her activities in the account. However, externally, the history will only be shown as Kiana.
