For an easier and more efficient way to manage channels within your subscription, you can visit the Manage Channels tab.
To navigate to the Channels tab, click Options > Manage Channels.
**Note: The Manage Channels tab is a part of our beta program. To gain access to the tab in your subscription, please contact us.
Within the Manage Channels tab, you can view channels stats including channel names, their creation dates, channel owners, date created, expiry dates, deletion dates, and hard deletion dates.
You can also perform different actions such as:

Delegate into any channel as the channel owner

Setting or changing channel expiry dates

Search for channels
-
Restore deleted channels
Delegate into any channel as the channel owner
You can quickly navigate to a channel by clicking on the channel name.
**Note: You can only click on undeleted and unexpired channels
If you own the channel, it will simply take you to the channel.
If you are not the channel owner, you will automatically delegate into (impersonate) the channel owner's account and take you to the channel. You will then be able communicate in the channel on behalf of the the channel owner.

Setting or Changing Channel Expiry Dates
To change the expiry of an active channel (one that has not been deleted), click on the calendar icon in the Actions column.
You will then see a popup appear. To change the expiry date, click on the calendar icon.
Click the Set New Date button to confirm your changes.
All administrators of the channel will receive a notification notifying them of the change.
Searching for Channels
To search for a channel in your subscription, click on the search bar in the top right corner of the Channels tab.
You can search by channel name or by channel owner.
When you enter a phrase, a list of channels related to the search phrase will automatically appear.
Restoring Deleted Channels
Channels that have not been hard deleted can be restored.
To restore a channel, click on the restore icon in the Actions column. Once restored, the channel will appear in your active channels list.
