| Application Description | This integration enables secure, user-initiated file transfer between a customer's iManage Work environment and TitanFile. Each customer registers their own OAuth application within their iManage tenant and configures TitanFile's provided redirect URI to authorize access. Once authorized, TitanFile uses the customer-granted OAuth tokens to facilitate secure bi-directional document movement between iManage and TitanFile. The integration supports workflows such as: • Sending documents from TitanFile to customer's iManage Workspaces or folders. • Attaching documents from TitanFile to customer's iManage Workspaces or folders. • Maintaining user-controlled access and authorization within the customer's iManage tenant. TitanFile acts as a secure integration and workflow platform and does not access iManage data without explicit customer authorization. |
| Outside Services Connection | Yes — TitanFile operates as a secure SaaS platform that facilitates file transfer between the customer's iManage tenant and TitanFile's cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted only under customer-authorized OAuth permissions and is not shared with any third-party systems outside of TitanFile. |
