1. What does exporting the CSV for Manage Users do?
Exporting a CSV from the Manage Users panel via Settings will include a list of all the information of a user within your subscription that you can find on the page such as, Name, Email, Last Activity Date, 2FA, Roles, and Language.
This information can be used for internal auditing purposes to pull a list of all users within your subscription and their last activity to clean up unused licenses.
IMPORTANT: This feature is only available with the new Admin UI.
2. How to export a CSV in Manage Users
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Users.
- Click on Export CSV.
- You can click on the notification that your report is ready or go to Reports > Export to download the CSV.
