1. What is the Manage Subscription Page?

The Manage Subscription page allows administrators to configure subscription-wide settings that control how TitanFile behaves across the entire organization.

These settings define global rules for:

  • Naming conventions
  • Email notifications
  • Export behavior
  • Access to core platform features (such as the Files Panel)

Unlike channel-level settings, these configurations apply across all users and all channels within the subscription.

2. How to Access the Manage Subscription Page

To reach the management dashboard:

  • Log in to your TitanFile account
  • Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu
  • Select Manage Subscription

3. What Can You Do Here?

From this page, you can manage subscription-wide behavior, including:

  • Naming and channel configuration rules
  • Email notification settings
  • Export and download options
  • Files Panel access and visibility

Plan-Based Behavior

For Non-Enterprise Plans

  • Settings apply across the entire subscription
  • When enabled, they are enforced for all users
  • Users cannot override these settings

For Enterprise Plans

  • Settings act as feature controls (similar to admin configuration)

When a setting is:

  • Enabled → The option becomes available to assign in Manage Roles
  • Disabled → The option is not available anywhere in the system

Important

  • A setting must be enabled here before it can be assigned to a role
  • For full control, settings should be managed through custom roles

Manage Subscription settings are global configurations that define the baseline behavior of the platform.
